45 Min Cardio and Strength HIIT - In today's workout, we have a very similar format to last week's 60 Minute Cardio and Strength Hiit. A few of you asked for a shorter variety of that workout, so here we have it! We will be alternating between a cardio and strength move for the full 45 minutes. This total body hiit with dumbbells is a great way to blast body fat and build lean muscle, so grab some dumbbells and let's move daily!
Format: 45 sec work/15 sec rest
6 exercises (cardio/strength)x3 rounds
You will need: a variety of dumbbells, medicine ball (optional -I will show a mod with a db)
Warm up and cool down included
Workout:
Squat and twist (medicine ball optional)
Downward dog crunch hop
Variable surface pushup (use med ball, db or sm step)
Cross body jacks
Squat bicep curl
High low punches
x3
Reverse lunge shoulder press
Superman switch
Overhead hold, wide and front press
Burpee plank jack
Single leg deadlift bicep curl
Criss cross squat
x3
Chest flye bicycle
The joker
Front lunge elbow to knee
